Two more U.S. States, Massachusetts and Florida, announced that they will administer remote bar exams because of COVID-19.
The Massachusetts exam is postponed until early October, and Florida will be given August 18.
Scheduled for Oct. 5 and Oct. 6, the MA bar exam will consist of one multi-state performance test, three multi-state essay examination questions and two sessions with multi-state bar exam questions, with 50 questions each. Because the test will not be the full Uniform Bar Exam, scores won’t be UBE applicable. But MA is working on reciprocity agreements with other jurisdictions, according to the website.
In Florida, the August bar exam will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions and three essay questions.
From Fazzio Law, we wishes all of the 2020 bar exam applicants the best of luck in their pursuits!
