As of April 2, 2020, the New Jersey State government instituted a new Eligibility Program to determine relief packages for businesses impacted in New Jersey and focuses on newly announced State Emergency Assistance programs, similar to the CARES Act SBA relief loan programs (EIDL and PPP).
New Jersey State is currently offering relief packages to businesses including:
- Emergency Assistance Grant Program;
- Emergency Assistance Loan Program;
- Emergency Assistance Guarantee Program;
- NJ Entrepreneur Support Program; &
- Financial relief on existing NJ EDA obligations.
How Do I Apply For The Relief Programs?
As described above, New Jersey State is providing multiple means of relief for businesses and self-employed individuals. We understand how uncertain this time and our firm is prepared to advise you on which program is best suited for your financial situation as well as assist you in the application process for the two programs.
Please do not hesitate to contact our firm with any questions, Fazzio Law is in your corner.
